Privacy Policy

RocketQuit (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a gambling-recovery support app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers (including Google Sign-In if you choose it).
- Recovery information you provide, such as check-ins, goals, spending estimates, mood entries, diary notes, and community posts.
- App usage and device information needed to operate features like notifications and subscriptions.
- Purchase status from Apple (StoreKit). We do not receive your full payment card details; Apple processes payments.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and maintain your account and recovery plan.
- To sync your progress across sessions and devices.
- To provide AI coaching responses and in-app features you request.
- To send optional reminders if you enable notifications.
- To verify premium membership and prevent unauthorized access.
- To respond to support requests sent to RocketQuit@gmail.com.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers that power the app (for example, Firebase for authentication/storage and Apple for subscriptions).
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect safety.
Community posts you publish may be visible to other RocketQuit users. If you enable Anonymous Mode, your display identity is hidden in community features where supported.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing RocketQuit@gmail.com. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our systems, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal, security, or subscription-related purposes.
