Is Rocket Quit free?

Rocket Quit is free to download and use. Core recovery tools — streak tracking, urge support, and journaling — are available at no cost.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your recovery journal and personal progress data are stored securely and are never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can Rocket Quit replace professional treatment?

No. Rocket Quit is a self-help tool designed to support your recovery journey. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or helpline immediately.

How do I reset my streak?

Recovery isn't linear. If you experience a setback, open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Reset Streak." Your history is preserved so you can learn from every step of your journey.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data from our servers. You can also email us at RocketQuit@gmail.com to request deletion.
